Reviews
Huge number of extremely detailed diagrams of the body. Also includes 'zoomed in' small regions of finer anatomy whereas many atlases only show structures easily visible on a macroscopic scale. Although there is little text, they are highly condensed and filled with key facts. The images are very detailed with many labels which may be overwhelming for beginners, but is an excellent resource for those more experienced.
I love the depth and detail of the illustrations used. Personally, I would have really appreciated if a bit of theory was given to accompany each illustration. That would have helped with understanding of the content rather than just promoting rote leraning.
Easy to follow, very structured, great illustrations and engaging color and contrast of print. Accurate information and packed with relevant topics for undergraduate medicine students. Can be used to augment study or as a core text. Personally found it great in bringing context to an anatomical structure being studied. Very helpful in recapping on anatomical structures relevant to a specific surgical condition during teaching.
Excellent information, great visualizations and chapters!
Obligingly!
